Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

International shipping is not currently available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM New York Time (ET).

Orders placed before the cut-off may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off will generally be processed the next business day.

Shipping Cost

Standard Shipping: $4.99

The applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Time

Processing: 1–3 business days ( Monday through Friday )
Transit: 3–7 business days (Monday through Friday )
Total Delivery: 4–10 business days ( Monday through Friday )

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed after the order has been shipped. Tracking may take some time to become active after dispatch.

Inter-Ca is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier operations, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@inter-ca.shop as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and item, if applicable. We will review the issue and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
